2. Charge Your Device
Connect your phone or tablet to the supplied charger and leave it charging for at least one hour. The battery charging indicator may take up to 10 minutes to appear on the display.
3. Perform a Hard Reset
After charging, disconnect your device and attempt to turn it on by holding the Power key (or Side key) and Volume down key for 15–20 seconds. The Samsung Galaxy logo should appear.
- If the screen turns on, your device simply needed to be charged. Turn off the device and reconnect it to the charger until it's fully charged.
