1. What Is AI Pattern on Samsung Washing Machines?
AI Pattern is a smart feature available on Samsung AI washing machines that personalizes the wash cycle display based on your usage habits. After 10 washes, the machine learns your most frequently used wash courses and settings, arranging them in order of frequency. This makes it easier and faster to select your preferred wash options.
Supported Devices: Samsung AI washing machines with AI Pattern functionality (e.g., models from 2020 onwards).
2. How to Turn AI Pattern On or Off
- Press and hold the hand icon with a plus symbol for 3 seconds.
- Turn the Navigation dial to select AI Pattern, then tap the circle icon.
- Tap the circle icon again to toggle AI Pattern On or Off.
- The default setting is ON. Set it to OFF if you prefer not to use this function.
- When you turn off the function, all saved data resets, and the wash cycle list returns to its default sequence.
3. Additional Things to Check
Why the Issue Happens: AI Pattern may not function correctly if the washing machine hasn't completed 10 washes yet. Before reaching this threshold, the wash cycle list remains in its default sequence.
When Updates May Not Appear: If you've recently reset your washing machine or cleared its memory, the AI Pattern data will also be erased, requiring you to start the learning process again.
